Jietai rotary spray ultrasonic cleaning machine mainly uses high-pressure and high-temperature nozzles to clean the surface and inner holes of the workpiece, and cooperates with the principle of high-pressure air blowing to rinse and dry the processing oil on the surface of the workpiece and the processing waste in the inner hole. It has the characteristics of automatic separation and recycling of oil and water, saving costs, being efficient and fast. Non-standard product features can also be customized according to customer needs.
This product has the functions of ultrasonic cleaning, spraying, air knife water cutting, drying, mesh belt, caterpillar or double chain continuous transmission, etc. Suitable for continuous cleaning operations of equipment components and mechanical parts.
Set up the solvent heating and temperature automatic constant temperature device. The temperature control range is: room temperature -95°C, the working temperature range: room temperature -70°C; the cleaning temperature is set as needed.
It is equipped with an automatic spray device and an air knife water removal system to clean the workpiece and perform water cutting treatment in a timely manner.
An automatic drying heating and temperature constant temperature device is set up to further dry the workpiece. Temperature control range: room temperature -200°C, operating temperature range: room temperature -150°C.
