Here's what you need to know about our return policy:
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process: If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges: For faster service, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Same eligibility criteria apply.
