The first tank: ultrasonic cleaning + filtration cycle
Function: Filter the cleaned oil, impurities and dust to save cleaning agent.
Second tank: ultrasonic cleaning
Function: After cleaning in the first tank, rinse again in the rinsing tank to improve cleanliness.
The third tank: high pressure spray tank
Function: Completes the two processes of cleaning and rinsing, and sprays in the third tank to wash away the remaining dust and debris, effectively enhancing the cleanliness of the workpiece.
The fourth tank: bubble rinsing
Function: Inject compressed air into the tank to make the water roll in the tank, thereby peeling off the remaining dirt on the product.
The fifth tank: air knife cutting tank
