The first tank: ultrasonic cleaning + filtration cycle
Function: Filter the cleaned oil, impurities and dust to save cleaning agent
The second tank: ultrasonic cleaning
Function: After cleaning in the first tank, rinse again in the rinsing tank to improve cleanliness
The third step: ultrasonic rinse
Function: Use ultrapure water as a cleaning agent to make the product rinse cleaner
The fourth tank: slow dehydration
Function: Organic solvent slow dehydration tank, using alcohol or IPA as the dehydration solvent. Connect the chiller to control the temperature between 5-35°C to reduce solvent volatilization and ensure a safe use environment. Install a slow-pull lifting mechanism to slowly lift the cleaning product to achieve dehydration without watermarks.
The fifth tank: hot air drying tank
Function: After the first 4 processes, 5 slots are used for hot air circulation drying, and the cleaning objects are dried
