The main body of the drum cleaning machine is a drum. Its rotation can cause the materials in the drum to roll and rub against each other and against the drum wall, thereby peeling off surface dirt. But these functions are only mechanical auxiliary effects in cleaning operations. Therefore, this type of cleaning machine needs to be combined with water spraying, water spraying or soaking.
There are two forms of driving the drum: one is to install rolling rings at both ends of the outer wall of the drum. The drum (through the rolling ring) is supported by the supporting wheel installed on the frame at a fixed inclination angle (3°-5°), and is driven to rotate by the transmission device. The water spray pipe can be installed above the inside of the drum; the other is to install a central axis (fixed by the structural spokes) inside the drum, and the driving device drives the central axis to drive the drum to rotate. For this type of cleaning machine, the water spray pipe can only be installed outside the drum.
